Not a few dots on the sole. The grip wraps the full underside, so when the sock rotates on his paw — and it will — he's still on grip, not fabric.

A soft fastening strap sits above the ankle and keeps the sock where it should be, instead of working its way down and off.

Size snug.
A loose sock comes off — that's the whole problem in one sentence. Measure across the widest part of his paw while he's standing on it, because paws spread under weight.

Will they actually stay on?
That's the whole reason we picked these. The grip covers the full underside rather than just the sole, and a soft strap fastens above the ankle to hold them in place. If they don't stay on your dog, send them back within 30 days.
Can he wear them outside?
No — these are indoor socks. On pavement they'll wear through quickly. They're made for timber, tile, laminate and polished concrete inside the house.
What size do I need?
Measure the width of his paw with it flat on the floor and taking his weight. Size snug — between sizes, go down. Message us his paw width and we'll size him.
Will he hate them?
Some dogs walk off in them straight away, some need a few short sessions to get used to the feel. Put them on before something he wants to do, keep the first go to a few minutes, and build up.
Are they machine washable?
Yes. Wash and air dry.
How many are in a set?
